The goosebump inducing Vika & Linda and their band the Bullettes are returning to Hobart to play the Theatre Royal for one night only.

Vika & Linda are the most loved vocal duo of their generation - admired and respected by fans and fellow artists, they’ve been singing together their entire lives. It began in church and from church to the charts, Vika & Linda have enjoyed a remarkable musical journey.  

After three classic albums with The Black Sorrows, Vika & Linda have released eight studio albums, two live albums and a chart-topping anthology. They have sung on number one albums by Paul Kelly, Kasey Chambers and John Farnham, done gigs for the Dalai Lama, Nelson Mandela and the King of Tonga, and been nominated for four ARIA Awards.    After decades in which they were mostly known for backing up major Australian artists, they hit 2020 with a bang when their career anthology, ‘Akilotoa, topped the Australian charts – the first by an Australian female duo to do so. It was quickly followed up by another chart-topper: Sunday (The Gospel According To Iso), their album recorded during the lockdowns of 2020. And in 2021, with the release of the first Vika & Linda original album in 19 years – aptly titled The Wait – they have well and truly taken centre stage.

After lockdowns and The Wait, they are looking forward to returning for live shows and sharing with you their latest as well as their most loved hits, and the joy of simply being back where they most enjoy performing, with their great band behind them and a wonderful crowd in front.
