Theatre Royal Giving Program

Our Theatre Royal Giving program raises funds to support three strategic programs, creating greater access to the theatre, supporting artists to develop new works and developing career pathways and participation opportunities for young Tasmanians who want to pursue a career in the arts.  

Our 3 key areas for support are: 

Applause Access Program – funding disadvantaged school students and community members to attend the theatre 

RAWspace Artist Development Program – supporting Tasmanian artists to develop their creative practice and new work 

TR Future Stages – connecting secondary school students to the professional performing arts sector, identifying skills development and tertiary opportunities.

TR Future Stages and RAWspace Giving Circles   

Our Giving Circles are a group of visionary donors who share a passion for supporting Tasmanian talent and access to the performing arts. 

Please consider joining a Giving Circle if you have the capacity to provide multi-year support at a higher level.

Gifts in Wills 

Leave a lasting mark on the Tasmanian community by considering including a gift in your will to the Theatre Royal. 

This is a very personal decision and should only be made after discussion with those assisting you with the drafting of your will.
