نغمه جاودانه (Naghmeh Javdaneh): Eternal Resonance
Join the Lutruwita Art Orchestra as we journey through the history and the landscapes of Persian culture to tell a story of resilience, freedom and joy. Led by some of Lutruwita (Tasmania’s) finest proponents of Iranian music, dance and poetry, 17 members of the LAO present this epic fusion of music and culture, spanning jazz, Western classical, experimental art music and folk traditions from around the world.
The Lutruwita Art Orchestra is a collection of musicians diverse in age, gender, cultural background, sexuality, genre and ability that seeks to platform and celebrate the diversity of our island’s musical community.
“Trust me on this: drop everything and go. LAO are brilliant in every way!”
