On Monday night, the Theatre Royal and Tasmania's arts scene came together to farewell and thank Tim Munro for 17 years as CEO and 26 years serving Theatre Royal.

The attendees were told of Tim's first and last performance on the Theatre Royal stage back in 1983 and how his career through the Theatre unfolded.

On behalf of the Board, Dr Tania Price again thanked Mr Munro for his significant achievements in developing the programming, audience base and financial stability of the Theatre Royal.
