In 2027, Theatre Royal’s Education and Learning program will focus on secondary and pre-tertiary students, offering live performance experiences across new theatre work, improvisation, music and contemporary dance. These offerings are designed to extend classroom learning, spark creative thinking and connect students with artists, ideas and stories that speak to their studies and the world around them.  

Primary school programming will return in 2028.
In the meantime, we encourage families and vacation-care groups to explore our Staycation shows during the school holidays, with performances created especially for young people and their families.
