The Hedberg Ensemble perform works heavy with connotations of ‘the father’. Excerpts from the orchestral suites of ‘Papa’ Bach alongside evocative music of Peter Maxwell Davies and Don Kay - arguably the godfather of Tasmanian Music!
The program concludes with Galina Ustvolskaya’s Symphony no.5, a setting in Russian of the Lords Prayer.
Tickets are free, however registration is essential as seating is limited.
