On Friday 3 October, immerse yourself in a multidisciplinary experience spanning four floors of The Hedberg. This micro-festival showcases bold, new site-specific works inspired by the elements of earth, air, fire and water.

We invite you to explore at your own pace between 5.30pm - 7.30pm. You’ll find campfires and feasts, old technologies and speculative environments, immersive environments and opportunities to play.

A major component of our distinctive curriculum, Creative Lab is presented by students from Media and Communication, Theatre and Performance, Fine Arts and Music.

Patron Advice

  • Arriving at the Hedberg
    Arrival from 5:30pm via the University of Tasmania entrance to the building on 19 Collins Street Hobart.

  • Accessible Facilities
    The Hedberg entrance is located on the ground floor with level access from Collins street.

  • Mask requirements
    Mask wearing is an individual choice, however UTAS strongly recommends that masks be worn in indoor settings, particularly where physical distancing cannot be maintained.

  • Patrons please be advised
    Unauthorised photography, audio and video recordings strictly prohibited in this venue.
