Attekus Bookable and the Theatre Royal, The Hedberg

The email you’ve received is an automated notification confirming that you or your company have been set up as a customer in the Bookable system. This allows the Theatre Royal to make bookings for your events and use other features, such as forms, questionnaires, and other tasks which allow us to collect and confirm information about your event. The Hedberg is a state-of-the-art facility located in Nipaluna/Hobart. The building is shared by the Theatre Royal and the University of Tasmania, operating as both a performing arts centre and a university campus. It includes a wide range of spaces such as meeting rooms, teaching areas, student practice rooms and performance venues. These spaces can be booked by different users for various purposes. Some of these spaces are shared between the two organisations. Bookable is the venue and event management system used by both to coordinate bookings across the Hedberg and prevent overlaps or clashes.
