Score a free ticket (to a selected group of events) in the 2026 Theatre Royal Season.

Terms and Conditions

1.    Promoter The promoter is Theatre Royal Hobart of 29 Campbell Street, Hobart TAS 7000.

2.    Acceptance of Conditions Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3.    Competition Period The competition opens at 9:00am on Monday 17 February 2025 and closes once all 50 tickets are redeemed.

4.    Eligibility Entry is open to individuals who:

• Are aged 18–29 years at the time of entry;
• Reside in Tasmania;
• Are not current subscribers to the 30U30 program at the time of entry.

5.    How to Enter Eligible entrants must sign up to the Theatre Royals 30 under 30 affordable ticket program. There is no cost to subscribe to this program, it grants the subscriber access to $30 theatre tickets throughout the year. 

6.    Prize

• The first 50 new sign ups to our 30u30 program in 2026 will receive one (1) complimentary ticket to attend a performance of their choice from the identified events within the 2026 Theatre Royal Season (subject to availability).

• The ticket is valid for one performance only.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The ticket cannot be transferred to another person.

7.    Selection and Notification

• There are 50 tickets available for 50 individuals
• These are issued on a first come basis and cannot be transferred to other events in the 2026 Season. 

8.    Prize Redemption The first 50 sign ups to our 30u30 program will be emailed a code to unlock their free ticket.Tickets are subject to availability and standard ticketing terms and conditions.

9.    General

• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if necessary, subject to applicable laws.
