Travelling the Spheres

The UTAS Wind Ensemble perform music from around the world and across the centuries. From Sherwood Forest, with Michael Kamen’s epic score to Robin Hood Prince of Thieves, to the austerity of Norway with Ola Gjeilo’s The Spheres, be transported by this exciting and diverse program of film and concert music.



Tickets are free however registration is essential.

  • Arriving at the Hedberg Please arrive between 12:30pm - 12:45pm via the University of Tasmania entrance to the building on 19 Collins Street Hobart.

  • Accessible Facilities The Recital Hall is located on the ground floor with level access from the street.

  • Mask requirements Mask wearing is an individual choice, however UTAS strongly recommends that masks be worn in indoor settings, particularly where physical distancing cannot be maintained.
