This concert will showcase the Hedberg's student jazz ensembles from the Jazz and Popular Music course. 

You will be treated to a range of jazz tunes from classic songbook standards through to more modern jazz sounds. It will feature both vocal and instrumental music. The performances will feature both small and large group settings as well as a cut-down big band. 

This concert is the culmination of the student's work over the first semester of this year and provides valuable performance practice, helping them to hone their craft as they progress through their degrees at UTAS. 

Sit back, relax and enjoy some jazz at the Hedberg - clapping and cheering not compulsory, but highly encouraged.
