Theatre Royal Membership is designed to suit theatre lovers who attend several shows throughout the year but aren’t ready to plan and purchase in advance.

• Annual Membership fee of $30
• 20% discount for all TR Season shows
• 10% discount for all TR+ shows
• 10% discount for food and drinks at our bars*
• Discount applies to all tickets in your booking when using the 'TR member' price type.
• All seat categories are available, for all shows
• We will also let you know about other exclusive events and offers throughout the year.
  
  * Loyalty card discounts excludes merchandise, programs, special promotions of wine by the bottle or extra food and beverage offerings connected to shows.

We’re delighted to announce a range of new benefits for Theatre Royal members in association with our hospitality partners the award-winning McHenry Distillery and Tasmanian Wine Centre, a Tasmanian owned and operated wine wholesale business, representing a number of well-known Tasmanian and interstate wines and spirits such as Holm Oak, Joseph Chromy, D’Arenberg and Tyrrells to name a few.

Subscriber/Member benefits include:

• 10% discount on products purchased at the McHenry Distillery cellar door (activated by your Theatre Royal loyalty card).
• 10% discount on alcohol ordered online through the Tasmanian Wine Centre (activated with a special discount code that will be emailed to all subscribers). 
• 10% discount on Musica Viva Tasmania performances in 2024. This will be an automatically applied discount using your Theatre Royal account by logging in and purchasing online, or via our Box Office. Ticket sales for the Musica Viva 2024 events go on sale Friday 12 January 2024. *This discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers.

When you have purchased your membership, any time you want to book tickets for a Theatre Royal Season 2024 show, you will need to log into your account so you can access discounted tickets via the TR Member ticket price.

A new Student Membership for full-time primary, secondary, pre-tertiary and university students. 

• $30 tickets to all Theatre Royal Season shows 
• No joining fee 
• All seat categories are available, for all shows 
• One student ticket per Season show
• Purchase additional tickets for friends at standard prices
