Make sure you don’t miss this night of outstanding performances by some of Australia’s best known Stars as we celebrate the 175th Anniversary of the first performance at the Theatre Royal.
This wonderful evening includes the ‘Stars on Stage’ Concert, which will be hosted by Garry McDonald, one of Australia’s best known entertainers, much loved for his role as Arthur in the television series ‘Mother and Son.’ The concert will feature a stunning performance by dancers from the Australian Ballet and include a range of other brilliant pieces that celebrate stars past and future at the Theatre Royal. Actors, dancers and singers will recreate hallmark performances and relive the lively atmosphere of the Theatre Royal over the past 175 years. Vivien Leigh, Sir Laurence Olivier, Noel Coward and many more will be here to entertain you! The concert concludes with a mass choir performance focussing on the future of the Theatre Royal.
And following the Concert this special evening continues with an intimate experience on stage that will include performances by surprise guest artists, a gourmet supper featuring the finest Tasmanian produce prepared by a celebrity Chef and the opportunity to meet the ‘Stars’. Tickets for this fabulous evening of entertainment and fun are $175 per person. You are advised to buy tickets in the Dress Circle for this ticket.
If you’re unable to join us for the full event, you can purchase tickets for the ‘Stars on Stage’ Concert only for $35 per person.
It will be a glittering affair, feel free to dress up!
